Episode Highlight:

01:38 - As much as you want to be doing all of these things, life happens. Giving examples and case studies of this also is usually a big eye-opener for them. Some of them come to me because they've experienced severe burnout because they're tired. They're exhausted. So whilst for some people it is that kind of I want to be the be all and end all, I think sometimes physically, mentally, practically, they recognize actually this is not sustainable. Me taking them through the process of asking them questions and kind of shining a light on that makes them realize how unsustainable actually and we need to do something about it.
