Ep 234: Be Selfish With Your Healing with Dr. Joe Johnson

In this micro episode, Dr. Joe talks about Being Selfish With Your Healing. In our society, we've been taught that being selfish is a bad thing. However, when it comes to our own growth and healing, we need to be a bit selfish. This means setting boundaries, saying "no" when we need to, and doing what's best for us - even if it means upsetting other people. It's not always easy to be selfish, but it's essential for our wellbeing. By making our own wellbeing a priority, we can start to create lasting change in our lives.

Episode Highlight

05:02 - All of this work that we're talking about is important for you to be selfish with your healing, Too many of us, we think selfish is a bad thing. It's not. Sometimes you need to isolate, you need to remove because what some people say is they say things like, I can't move there it`s too cold, it's too far, I don't know anybody here. I can't go over there. And the reason they do that is because they don't have a clear understanding yet that sometimes your ability to unleash your purpose or go to the next level of your purpose is in a different geographical location.
