Ep 226: Have a Plan for Your Development with Rachel Druckenmiller

As a business owner, it's important to have a plan for your development. This plan should include what you want to achieve and how you're going to get there. It's also important to have support along the way. This could be from family, friends, or even other business owners. Finally, be flexible. Things will inevitably change as you go along, so don't be afraid to adjust your plans accordingly. Having a plan gives you a roadmap to follow, but being flexible ensures that you can adapt as needed.

Episode Highlight:

01:27 - I think having a plan, having support, being flexible with it. I think a lot of times people have a, they have their path and their plans like this is step 1 and this is step 2 and this is step 3 and it's like no, I might go to like step 15 and then I may go back to step 3 and then I might go back up to step 27 and then just accepting that it’s probably not going to look the way you think it's going to, to kind of allow the unfolding. I think also to do what you can. When you think about the issues that, I think at our church, I talk about like, what are the things that tug at your heart? So part of it is thinking like, okay well, what can you do to be a contribution in an area that's meaningful and important to you?
